Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents 🏡
We are hiring married couples to live and work on campus as Flex Houseparents, offering guidance and support to students in a caring, family-like setting. This is a life-changing opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and promoting student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Work Schedule & Transition
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are in school. Eventually, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, residing with and supervising a consistent group of students in their own home.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This role requires a married couple legally committed for at least two years
- Both spouses must be aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet allowances: only fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
