Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents ❤️
As Flex Houseparents, couples reside in on-campus student homes, offering guidance, supervision, and support to groups of approximately 8–13 students. Your role is vital in creating a family-like environment that helps students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and planning recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. Over time, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own home.

- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximate total compensation of $168,000 per couple, including housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more)

Qualifications ✅
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved breed dog
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; serving as role models for students
