We are currently hiring dedicated married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, playing a vital role in fostering a supportive and family-like environment for our students. 🌟

Position: Flex Houseparents
In this unique and impactful career, couples live on campus within student homes, providing care, mentorship, and supervision for approximately 8–13 students. Flex Houseparents help create a structured, family-oriented environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. ❤️
Primary Responsibilities 📝
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational events
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Work Schedule & Transition
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During weekdays, they enjoy unscheduled time while students are in school. Over time, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, residing and working with the same group of students in their own home.

- Salary: $44,768.00 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple), including free housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications ✅
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved dog breed allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to get certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism, serving as role models for students
