Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred) | Location: Remote | Must Hold Active Maryland License

Schedule & Compensation

• Availability: 22-36 hours per week (Part-time up to 22 sessions / Full-time up to 36 sessions)
• Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM – 9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
• Compensation: $45 – $65 per billable hour (based on license level)

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
• Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay: $45 – $65 per billable hour (based on license)

Qualifications

• Active Maryland License: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience serving children, teens, and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
