About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to serve their local community in a field-based capacity. You'll be part of a collaborative team of 812 agents, working under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director dedicated to your success. Together, you'll bring Humana's strategy to life by:
- Delivering on the fundamentals and educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
- Differentiating yourself through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to create meaningful, face-to-face connections.
- Growing by generating your own sales, meeting performance goals, and expanding Humana's presence within your community.

Build trust and educate potential members about the benefits of Humana's Medicare plans and supplementary services.

Create personalized experiences through community engagement, events, and in-home visits that set Humana apart.

Drive self-generated sales, achieve performance targets, and foster community relationships to expand Humana's market influence.

Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages
- Resident of the designated local territory
- Comfortable engaging in face-to-face interactions in homes, community events, and organizational settings
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum coverage: 25/25/10 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or group presentation skills
- Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Bilingual in English and another language with fluency in both
Additional Information
Driving Statement 🚗
This role requires a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance, compliant with state minimum requirements. License validation and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review are part of the employment process.
Language Proficiency Assessment 🗣️
Employees engaging with members in languages other than English must complete a language proficiency test via an external vendor, including the Federal Government's ILR assessment.
Schedule ⏰
Flexible scheduling is essential, including appointments and events that may occur during evenings and weekends.
Training 📚
Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment.
Compensation & Travel
Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000 annually (including base pay and commission). Actual earnings depend on individual performance and geographic location.
Travel: Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required. This is a remote role.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours
