About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to serve their local communities. This is a field-based position requiring residence within the designated territory. As part of a collaborative team of 812 agents, you'll work under guidance from a Senior Manager and Regional Director to bring Humana’s strategy to life:

Build trust by educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.

Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and strengthen Humana's presence in the market by serving as a valued community resource and building lasting relationships.

Required Qualifications ✅
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking)
- Residency in the designated local territory
- Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions — in homes, community events, or retail environments
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10 coverage or higher)
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or group presentation skills
- Experience supporting Value Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language
Additional Information 📋
🚗 Driving Statement
This role is part of our driver safety program. Candidates must hold a valid state driver’s license and maintain personal vehicle liability insurance aligned with state minimum requirements or at least $25,000/$25,000/$10,000 coverage.
Driver license validation and MVR review are required.
🗣️ Language Proficiency
Associates communicating in languages other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment, including the ILR test administered by the Federal Government.
🕒 Schedule & Training
- Flexibility required for evening and weekend appointments
- First five weeks of employment are mandatory for training
💰 Pay Range
Estimated total compensation for full-time employment (40 hours/week) ranges from $80,000 - $125,000 annually, including base pay and commissions. Actual earnings may vary based on performance, location, and company policies.
🌍 Travel
While primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
