About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents. This is a field-based position requiring residence within the designated territory to serve the local community effectively. Joining a collaborative team of 812 agents, you'll work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director committed to your success.

What You'll Do

Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, along with supplementary offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Create meaningful, face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.

Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese — fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages
- Residency within the designated local territory to serve the community effectively
- Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, community events, retail environments, or volunteer activities
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or presentation skills
- Background supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Bilingual in English and an additional language with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
Additional Information
🚗 Driving Statement
This role is part of Humana’s driver safety program. Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain personal vehicle liability insurance meeting minimum limits. State license validation and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review are required.
🌐 Language Proficiency Assessment
Any associate who communicates in a language other than English with members must complete a language proficiency assessment from an approved vendor, including the federally administered ILR test.
🕒 Schedule
Availability for appointments and events outside regular hours, including nights and weekends, is required to succeed in this role.
🎓 Training
Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment and training sessions.
💰 Pay Range
The estimated total annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 for full-time employment (40 hours/week), including base salary and guaranteed commission. Actual earnings depend on performance and geographic location.
✈️ Travel
While primarily a remote position, some travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
⏱️ Weekly Hours
40 hours per week.
