We are looking for accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to serve their local communities effectively. This is a field-based role requiring residence within the designated territory. What You'll Do in This Field-Based Role ✨

• Deliver

Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, along with additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Coverage.

• Differentiate

Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits. Provide personalized experiences that set Humana apart in the community.

• Grow

Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence by becoming a valued community resource and building strong relationships locally.

Required Qualifications ✔️

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese (reading, speaking, writing)
• Residence within the designated local territory
• Comfort with face-to-face interactions at homes, community events, and retail environments
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10 coverage or higher)

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Experience selling Medicare products
• Public speaking or group presentation experience
• Background supporting Value-Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language

Additional Information 🔍

Driving Statement 🚗

This role is part of our driver safety program, requiring a valid state driver’s license and ongoing vehicle insurance coverage. License validation and MVR review apply, with insurance must meet at least the state minimum or higher limits.

Language Proficiency Assessment 🗣️

Applicants communicating in languages other than English must complete a proficiency assessment via a third-party vendor, including the Federal Government’s ILR test.

Schedule 🗓️

Availability for appointments and community events may include evenings and weekends. Flexibility is key to success in this role.

Training 📚

The first five weeks of employment are mandatory training days.

Compensation & Travel 💰✈️

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually, including base pay and commissions, with variation based on location and performance.

This remote position may require occasional travel to Humana offices for training and meetings.
