About the Role

The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents. This is a field-based role requiring residency within the designated territory to effectively serve and connect with local communities. Join a collaborative team of 812 agents, working under the guidance of senior leadership dedicated to your success.

Build trust and educate individuals about Humana’s Medicare products and services, including supplemental coverage options.

Required Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese
• Reside within the designated local territory
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions, including home visits and community events
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10 coverage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Experience selling Medicare products
• Public speaking or presentation skills
• Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual proficiency in additional languages

Additional Information

🚗 Driving Requirements

This role is part of Humana’s driver safety program. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance meeting state minimums are required, with coverage limits at least $25,000 per person/$25,000 per event/$10,000 property damage or higher.

🗣️ Language Proficiency Testing

Applicants speaking with members in languages other than English will need to complete an external language proficiency assessment, including the federal ILR test, to verify competency.

🗓️ Schedule & Training

The position requires flexibility, as meetings may occur during evenings and weekends. The first five weeks involve mandatory training to ensure success in the role.

Compensation & Travel

Estimated annual pay: $80,000 – $125,000, including base salary and commission, based on performance and location.

This is a remote position, but travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary occasionally.
