About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking experienced Medicare Sales Field Agents to join our local, field-based team. You must reside in the designated territory to serve your community effectively. Working alongside a collaborative team of 812 agents, you'll be supported by a Senior Manager and Regional Director dedicated to your growth.

Required Qualifications ✅
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese; fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both languages
- Reside in the designated local territory
- Comfortable with in-home face-to-face interactions and community engagement
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10)
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or presentation skills
- Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Bilingual in English and an additional language
Additional Information 📝
Driving & Vehicle Policy 🚗
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program. You must have a valid state driver's license and maintain personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimum requirements or higher. Driver license validation and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review will be conducted.
Language Skills Assessment 🗣️
Associates speaking with members in languages other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment through an external vendor, including the federally administered ILR test.
Work Schedule & Training ⏰
Customer appointments may be scheduled during evenings and weekends, requiring flexibility. The first five weeks of employment are mandatory for training and onboarding.
Compensation & Travel 💰✈️
The estimated total annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $125,000, including base pay and commissions. Actual earnings vary depending on individual performance and location.
While primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
