We are seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to join our MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This role is field-based, requiring residence in your designated territory to serve the local community effectively. 🤝

You will work alongside a collaborative team of 812 agents, guided by a Senior Manager and Regional Director dedicated to your success. Together, you'll help bring Humana's strategic vision to life by:

What You'll Do in This Field-Based Role:

Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, as well as additional offerings such as:

• Life Insurance
• Dental Coverage
• Vision Plans
• Prescription Drug Coverage

Required Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Residence within the designated local territory
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, community events, or volunteer activities
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum coverage limits as per state requirements)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Experience selling Medicare products
• Public speaking or group presentation skills
• Background supporting Value-Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language

Additional Information

🚗 Driving Statement

This role is part of our driver safety program. Candidates must have a valid state driver’s license and maintain personal vehicle liability insurance, with minimum coverage limits as required by their state.

🗣️ Language Proficiency Assessment

Associates engaging with members in languages other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment, including the ILR test provided by the Federal Government.

🕒 Schedule

Meetings with members may occur during evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential for success in this role.

🎓 Training

Mandatory attendance for the first five weeks of employment and training.

Compensation & Travel

Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $80,000 – $125,000 for full-time employment, including base pay and commissions. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and location.

While primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required. ✈️
