The Opportunity

The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents. This is a field-based role requiring residence within the designated territory to serve the local community. You'll be part of a collaborative team of 812 agents, working under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director committed to your success. Together, you'll bring Humana’s strategic vision to life:

Deliver 💬

Build trust and educate individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Differentiate 🌟

Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing personalized experiences that set Humana apart from others.

Grow 📈

Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market by becoming a trusted resource and building strong relationships within your community.

Required Qualifications ✅

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese — fluent speaking, reading, and writing
• Reside within the designated local territory to serve the community effectively
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions — in homes, community events, or retail settings
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10 coverage)

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Experience selling Medicare products
• Public speaking or group presentation skills
• Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual in English and another language with fluency in both

Additional Information ℹ️

Driving 📋

This role is part of our driver safety program. A valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance meeting the required minimums are mandatory. Your license will be validated, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review will be conducted.

Language Proficiency 🗣️

Any associate communicating with members in a language other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment, including the federal Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test.

Schedule 📅

Appointment-based engagements with members may occur at night and on weekends. Flexibility is essential for success in this role.

Training 🎓

The first five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory training periods.

Compensation 💰

The estimated annual pay ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 for full-time employees, including base pay and commissions. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and geographic location, aligned with company policies and pay transparency regulations.

Travel 🧳

This is a remote position, but occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.

Work Hours ⏰

Standard scheduled weekly hours are 40.
