About the Role
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents for a field-based position. You must reside within the designated territory to serve your local community effectively. Collaborate with a team of 812 agents, guided by a Senior Manager and Regional Director committed to your success. Together, you'll bring Humana's strategy to life by:

What You'll Do
🔹 Deliver
Establish trust and educate individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans, as well as additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Create meaningful, face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
🔹 Grow
Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's market footprint by building relationships and becoming a trusted community resource.

Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, writing)
- Residence within the designated local territory
- Comfort engaging in face-to-face interactions in homes, community events, and organizations
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Public speaking or presentation skills
- Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language
Additional Information
🚗 Driving Statement
This role is part of our driver safety program. A valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance are required, with minimum coverage of $25,000 per person and per event, and $10,000 for property damage (or higher as per state law). The license will be subject to validation and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
🗣️ Language Proficiency
Applicants in non-English speaking roles must pass a language proficiency assessment, including the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test administered by the Federal Government.
🕒 Schedule & Training
Expect appointments and events that may occur during evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. The first five weeks require mandatory training attendance.
💰 Compensation
The estimated annual pay range is $80,000 - $125,000, including base salary and commission. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and geographic location.
✈️ Travel
While primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be necessary.
