About the Team
The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is seeking talented Medicare Sales Agents who excel in field-based roles. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate within a supportive team of 9-13 members, guided by a Senior Manager and Regional Director. Together, we aim to uphold Humana’s commitment to delivering essential services, providing outstanding customer experiences, and expanding our market presence.
Your Role in This Dynamic Field Position:
- Deliver: Build trust by educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
- Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing efforts, community events, and personalized in-home visits.
- Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and enhance Humana's community presence by being a valued local resource.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Health Insurance License required or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese; fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages
- Residency within a designated local territory to serve the community effectively
- Comfortable with daily in-person interactions during home visits, community events, and local engagements
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Experience selling Medicare products
- Background in public speaking or group presentations
- Experience supporting Value-Based Care organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual in English and another language, with fluency in both
Additional Information
Driving Requirements 🚗
This position participates in our driver safety program, requiring a valid driver’s license and proper vehicle liability insurance.
Language Assessment 🗣️
Employees communicating in a language other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment to verify competency.
Flexibility & Training
- This role may involve appointments during evenings and weekends — flexibility is essential.
- Mandatory training for the first five weeks of employment.
Compensation 💵
The annual salary range is $80,000 to $125,000, including base pay and commissions. Compensation varies based on individual performance and location.
Travel & Hours
- Primarily a remote role with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
- Weekly scheduled hours: 40
