Position Overview 📌

This role offers a starting annual wage of $60,000 and is adjustable based on experience. As a Bilingual Material Planner, you will:

• Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments
• Acquire and maintain technical understanding of purchased products
• Monitor costs, schedules, and scope of subcontracts to ensure quality and value
• Perform cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities
• Manage inventory security and accountability through accurate documentation and systematic reviews
• Analyze and correct cycle count discrepancies when possible
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
• Document all transactions for data integrity

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Review and resolve master data management and ERP planning reports
• Establish and monitor finished goods inventory levels to meet customer release deadlines while minimizing costs
• Manage department and plant measurable metrics, including delivery and inventory targets
• Facilitate resolution of supplier inbound quality issues
• Support product supply and inventory planning aligned with business objectives
• Reschedule materials for expedites and inventory control
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly KPIs
• Follow annual budgets and execute plans accordingly
• Work with the Innovation team to forecast and reduce labor expenses and track progress
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Assist Supply Analysts in planning product phase-ins/outs and managing unique component inventories
• Prepare progress reports and minimize excess or obsolete inventory during phase-out
• Drive business initiatives with a sense of urgency and goal-oriented performance

Skills & Qualifications 🛠️

• Adaptability to change and ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Outlook
• Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean
