Adecco Is Hiring A Bilingual Marketing Specialist

The Adecco Creative and Marketing Team has partnered with one of the nation's largest banks to hire a bilingual (Spanish) marketing specialist. This role offers a hybrid work environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to engage in impactful marketing initiatives. 🚀

Position Overview

Location: Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Assignment Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $24.90/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Spanish-language digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness of rewards programs.
  • Utilize online channels, including email, ATM, website, and mobile app placements.
  • Collaborate with the CXO team to develop digital marketing plans and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead and participate in creative review routines to ensure alignment with customer experience, measurement, and channel guidelines.
  • Review and obtain legal and brand approvals.
  • Support Quality Assurance testing of assets across desktop and mobile channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance for optimization opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Experience in marketing campaign management or project management
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of corporate standards and approval processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with digital QA testing and validation
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services
  • Strong analytical skills
