We are looking for a creative, motivated, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach, strengthen community bonds, and connect families with essential services. Please note, this role involves travel to schools, pediatric offices, community events, and outreach locations.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ABA services.
• Build and nurture relationships with schools, pediatricians, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Plan, attend, and represent the agency at outreach events, community fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations tailored to diverse communities.
• Travel regularly within the community to support outreach, events, and partnership-building initiatives.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in healthcare, education, or ABA-related marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, content creation).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel are required.
