OpTech Is Hiring A Bilingual Marketing & Event Co-Ordinator (3 months contract)

We are looking for someone who having good experience in Organizing Events for our Direct client.

Position - 1970 Sawgrass Mills Cir Sunrise Florida 33323Duration - 3 months.Pay - $26/hourStart Date - 9/3/2024

Required Skills:" 1-3 years related work experience in Event Management, Grassroots and Tour activations, Retail Marketing, social media, Viral/WOM Marketing, Field Marketing, Advertising, PR, Campaign Integration, marketing strategy and multicultural consumer engagement." Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Marketing/Advertising" Demonstrated program management, asset optimization, and coordination experience." Must be able to influence without authority and work with all levels of the enterprise." Must be able to multi-task under pressuring deadlines and manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and direct reports through tight schedules." Exceptional oral and written communication skills." Strong organizational and time management skills." Moderate technology aptitude. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform under pressure during short deadlines." Presentation skills." Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Share Point." 25% travel required some overnight travel, which may include weekends." Frequent travel during Annual Election Period and Open Enrollment.
