Salary / Hourly Rate 💰

$30/hr - $40/hr based on experience (DOE)

Position Overview 📝

The Bilingual Mandarin Real Estate Agent will conduct unit tours, respond to prospective residents' inquiries, and drive leasing activities for a sizable residential property in Queens. The role demands strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to connect with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking community. Candidates must be local to Queens/NYC and comfortable working onsite. The schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with flexibility for early or late hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities 🤝

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents throughout the day.
• Build relationships with potential tenants and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, amenities, and community features.
• Promote the property and highlight the benefits of living in the community.
• Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and local neighborhood.
• Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication in a high-volume setting.

Required Skills & Experience 🎯

• Current New York Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, tenant-facing environments
• Local to Queens/NYC area
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed

• Previous leasing or residential real estate experience
• Knowledge of the Queens community
• Experience managing high-volume residential communities
