About the Role

Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000 annually, combining base salary and uncapped commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to make up to $100,000. Keep in mind, individual starting salaries depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and voice of AT&T, delivering personalized sales experiences at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and resolving customer issues.
• Work independently, engaging customers effectively, often with warm prospects provided by AT&T.
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in upselling techniques that increase customer satisfaction and value.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a company vehicle provided for work purposes.
• Flexible schedule to meet customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
