• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes 🚚
• Implement operational policies and best practices 📝
• Manage inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics
• Mentor and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment 💪
• Maintain vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety and functionality 🚗

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (required) 🇪🇸
• Clean DMV record
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities with proven staff management experience
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and KPIs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish 🗣️
