About The Role

As a Bilingual Luxury Personal Concierge, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our elite home warranty members, ensuring seamless, thoughtful interactions that embody our commitment to excellence. From managing service requests to guiding high-value clients through their coverage, you'll redefine luxury customer service.

What You'll Do

• 📞 Serve as the main contact for high-net-worth clients via phone, email, and SMS
• 💎 Deliver personalized, luxury-level support for all inquiries and service requests
• 🔥 Drive retention, upsell services, and support membership sales
• 🤝 Coordinate services with internal teams and vendors
• 🌟 Own escalations with professionalism and empathy
• 📝 Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
• 🏡 Occasionally visit clients at their homes for key moments (e.g., gift delivery)

What You Bring

• 🎖 3+ years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service
• 📞 1+ year of experience in a contact center or phone-based support
• 🗣️ Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• 🧘 Grace under pressure and high emotional intelligence
• 🤫 Professionalism, discretion, and confidence working with elite clients
• 💻 Strong CRM and technology proficiency
• ⏰ Flexible availability (including some weekends/after-hours)
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license (for occasional client visits)
• 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
