About the Role

We are seeking an expert-level linguist to evaluate and improve AI models through conversation analysis and content creation. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of our AI chatbots in both Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing tasks: Provide high-quality content for AI chatbot training.
• Evaluation: Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of AI-generated responses.
• Conversation development: Create novel dialogues to teach AI what to say and how to respond.
• Progress measurement: Track and analyze the chatbot’s development over time.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Expertise in linguistics
• Attention to detail: Strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Education: A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
