About the Role

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Linguistic Consultant fluent in Japanese and English to help improve AI chatbot performance. Your tasks will include evaluating chatbot conversations, measuring progress, and creating new dialogue content to enhance AI understanding and responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots
• Evaluate the accuracy, logic, and overall quality of AI responses
• Assess AI model performance and suggest improvements
• Create novel conversations in both Japanese and English to train chatbots

Qualifications

• ✅ Fluency in both English and Japanese
• ✅ Attention to detail
• ✅ Strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• 🎓 A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
