Position Overview
If you have experience in the insurance industry, we invite you to apply! Please note that only candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Ability to commute to our office in Kensington, MD – this is an in-office position
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing

Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Insurance Sales Experience / Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
- Maryland Property & Casualty license
- Maryland Life & Health license
