Position Overview

If you have experience in the insurance industry, we invite you to apply! Please note that only candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Ability to commute to our office in Kensington, MD – this is an in-office position

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Insurance Sales Experience / Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to customers
• Maryland Property & Casualty license
• Maryland Life & Health license
