Position Overview
Our successful State Farm Agent is looking for a qualified, energetic professional to fill the role of Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. An active Property and Casualty license is required.
We seek a motivated individual interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
- ✔️ Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license
- ✔️ Must be able to commute to our agency location in Kensington, MD (in-office position)
Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed
- 📞 Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- 📝 Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- 💪 Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day

Requirements
- 🗣️ Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 🏢 Maryland Property & Casualty license (required)
- 🩺 Maryland Life and Health license (required)
- 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
