Role Responsibilities 🎯

• Assist in the preparation of immigration applications 📄
• Greet clients and manage the office waiting room 😊
• Schedule appointments and communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and direct messages 📞✉️
• Organize incoming mail and maintain client files 📁
• Deliver immigration applications to the post office for mailing 🏤
• Maintain a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM 🕗
• Enjoy a comfortable personal office setup — no boring cubicles here! 🖥️✨

Required Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish 🗣️
• Prior experience in immigration law (preferred but not mandatory) 📚
• Type A Personality: Attention to detail and pride in your work are essential! 🎯
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle 🚗
• Comfortable interacting with diverse populations in person and over the phone 🌎

Salary & Benefits 💰

• Starting at $24/hour for candidates with 6+ months of immigration law experience 💼
• Starting at $22/hour for those without immigration law experience 📝
• Health insurance provided after 60 days 🩺
