CVS Health Is Hiring A Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking flexible, full-time candidates to work 40 hours per week. Shifts are 8 hours long, scheduled anytime from 7:30 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday. Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts may be required.
Training: 16 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a representative of the company by answering and documenting all incoming contacts, responding to complex calls.
- Show respect and kindness to every member, thoroughly answer questions to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and analyze data to determine the best course of action for member and customer inquiries.
- Follow established protocols to meet customer/member needs, enhancing brand recognition and industry competitiveness.
- Communicate effectively with diverse work units and organizational departments for quick and proper issue resolution.
- Attend required training sessions to learn how to utilize available tools and access necessary information.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving complex customer needs via phone.
- High-speed internet connection with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet from cable modem to PC.
- At least 1 year of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
- Bi-lingual in Japanese, with successful completion of written and verbal assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience, familiarity with benefits, insurance, and medical terminology.
- Over 1 year of experience in a call center environment, especially handling inbound calls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Active listening skills and openness to feedback.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and genuine concern for customers' needs.
- Desire to contribute to a positive team environment.

Expected Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour 💰
The actual salary offer will depend on factors like experience, education, location, and other considerations.
