Position Summary

Work Schedule & Training
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Shifts: 8 hours, available Monday through Sunday between 7:30 a.m. and midnight
- Availability: Evenings, weekends, and varying shifts may be required
- Training: 16 weeks, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST (attendance required)
What You'll Do
- Customer Communication: Answer and document all incoming contacts, respond to complex calls with professionalism.
- Customer Satisfaction: Show respect and kindness, thoroughly answer questions, and foster loyalty.
- Data Evaluation & Resolution: Analyze data to determine and implement effective solutions for member inquiries.
- Brand Representation: Follow procedures to meet customer needs and enhance CVS Health® brand recognition.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues swiftly.
- Training & Tools: Complete necessary training to effectively utilize available tools and information.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a customer service role handling high-volume, complex customer interactions over the phone
- High-speed internet with Ethernet connection from modem to PC
- 1 year of experience using Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email
- Japanese bilingual proficiency, passing both written and verbal assessments
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience with knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medical terminology
- Over 1 year of inbound call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Receptivity to feedback and continuous improvement
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Empathy towards customer concerns
- Team-oriented mindset and contribution to positive team culture
Work Details & Compensation
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Time Type: Full-time
- Pay Range: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour
This range reflects base pay and varies based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Actual offers will be personalized.
