Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Janitorial Site Supervisor, your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Leading a team in complex, task-oriented janitorial operations.
• Providing support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently and accurately to escalations.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Following the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Supporting callouts by working directly or splitting shifts among team members and shift leads to cover daily schedules.
• Providing feedback on ongoing activities and ensuring timely escalation reporting to KBS management.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor; able to motivate team members and support customer requests in an organized, timely manner.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling sheets (primarily in English, possibly in Spanish where required by law).
• Proficiency with KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for documenting work hours, attendance, training, and communication. Employees must use their personal mobile devices to clock in/out. Cell phone reimbursement is provided where legally required.
