We are seeking highly fluent, professional bilingual speakers (English > Cantonese) with experience in a call center setting. This is a structured, real-time interpretation role supporting healthcare, legal, financial, and customer service industries. 📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate interpretation: Facilitate conversations between English and Cantonese across various sectors, ensuring clarity, neutrality, and emotional nuance.

  • Manage call flow: Handle live calls professionally, respectfully intervening for clarification when needed.

🎯 Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (B2+ proficiency or higher).
  • Ability to pass language and interpreting skills assessments.
  • At least 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and bilingual accuracy.
  • Professionalism and ethical decision-making in fast-paced, emotionally complex situations.
  • Time management, responsibility, and integrity.
  • Comfort with assertive communication and session control.
  • Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office).
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace conducive to active listening.
  • Stable internet connection (cable, DSL, fiber; no cellular hotspots).
