Randstad Professionals is seeking a talented International Purchasing Manager to oversee sourcing and purchasing processes, primarily from the United States to international markets.

🌍 Your Mission

Ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the international supply chain by managing purchases, cultivating supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Execute and supervise international purchasing activities, guaranteeing optimal terms and delivery schedules.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and nurture relationships with global suppliers.
• SAP Accounting Control: Record invoices and handle payment postings within the SAP system.
• Logistics Coordination: Work collaboratively with Logistics and Finance teams to plan shipments, deliveries, and payments.
• Client Communication: Provide consistent updates on the status of purchase orders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to current U.S. banking and financial regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international purchasing, imports, or supply chain management.
• Education: Degree or technical diploma in International Business, Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written) — essential for negotiations and effective communication across regions.
• Technology: Proficient in SAP purchasing module and advanced Excel skills.
• Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and skilled in multicultural communication.
