At Randstad Professionals, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Bilingual Purchasing Assistant to orchestrate our international supply chain, primarily sourcing from the United States and key global markets. 🌍

🔑 Key Responsibilities (What You Will Execute):

• Order Follow-up: Perform comprehensive follow-up on international purchase orders, including monitoring deadlines, delivery conditions, and documentation. Promptly report any deviations.
• SAP Data Entry: Accurately input invoices and record payment postings using SAP Business One.
• Client Communication: Keep clients informed about their order status and help resolve issues or inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Supplier Management: Maintain communication with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with established agreements.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate shipment scheduling, deliveries, and payments with the Logistics and Finance teams to ensure an efficient purchasing process.
• Other Duties: Perform administrative or support tasks as requested by management, always within legal and ethical standards.

🎯 Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in international purchasing, global sourcing, or import logistics.
• Education: Technical or professional degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Mandatory Software: Expert proficiency in SAP Business One.
• Required Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English are mandatory.

📍 Position Details:

• Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., office-based
• Benefits: 2 weeks of vacation per year, 2 sick days
