The Fountain Group is a leading national staffing firm currently hiring a Bilingual Intake Specialist for a prominent client. If you thrive in a dynamic, healthcare-focused environment and are bilingual in Finnish, Turkish, or Swedish, this could be the perfect role for you!

Position Details 📝

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
• Pay Range: $21–$22 per hour 🤑
• Duration: Contract through the end of the year with high potential for extension or permanent conversion, based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Manage the intake process for product complaints via phone, email, and OneTrack, including translation and precise data entry into our database
• Perform initial assessment of incoming information, assign complaint codes, and coordinate complaint sample logistics
• Translate information from Finnish, Turkish, or Swedish into English, ensuring clear and accurate communication among internal teams
• Support adverse event reporting and follow-up processes to maintain compliance and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills 🌟

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in Finnish, Turkish, or Swedish with ability to translate to English
• Required: 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably within healthcare
• Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Medical or scientific background or familiarity with medical terminology
• Preferred: Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biological, or medical device-related products and processes
