🌟 About the Role

Our rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Intake Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound leads, qualifying and scheduling consultations, conducting follow-ups, and supporting client retention—all while maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal procedures.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and web form — qualify, log, and follow up promptly 📞💻✉️
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys
• Conduct post-consultation follow-up calls to enhance client retention
• Maintain lead records accurately in the firm's CRM system (training provided)
• Tag and document calls, updating lead status after each interaction
• Organize and share consultation notes with the legal team when a case is opened
• Ensure all client communications are documented properly
• Follow internal procedures consistently and seek clarification when needed

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Korean — both written and spoken
• Customer service or client-facing experience (retail, sales, hospitality, or similar)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels and external clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes accurately
• Organized and multitasker: capable of managing multiple priorities
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive: ownership of responsibilities and follow-through
• Comfortable following established procedures and asking questions when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $18 - $23 DOE
