Join Our Team: Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking compassionate and skilled mental health professionals to provide intake services and support our clients' mental well-being through both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and intake team to ensure smooth day-to-day admission operations
• Conduct on-site, in-person, and virtual intake sessions with prospective clients
• Collect client information, documentation, and assess client needs
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate care levels, plan schedules, and communicate clinical recommendations
• Ensure completion of all intake assessments and documentation within required deadlines

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
• NYS licensure as a mental health practitioner (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT)
• At least two years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Leadership skills to supervise clinicians
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Experience with OMH (Article 31) services (preferred)

Compensation & Working Conditions

Compensation is commensurate with credentials and experience.

Location: The primary work location varies; facilities include a computer, desk, chair, and office supplies, with options for in-person or telehealth work.

Physical Requirements

The role involves regular listening and speaking, both on the phone and via virtual telehealth. Employees should be able to sit and stand for extended periods, write, respond to emails, and carry objects up to 20 pounds.
