🤝 We Are Looking For: Associate Attorney

We need a motivated, passionate, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Associate Attorney. If you meet the qualifications below, we'd love to hear from you!

🔍 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of attorney experience handling immigration cases such as VAWA, T- Visa, U- Visa, SIJS
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent or native)
• Valid license to work in the United States (please do not apply if you do not have this)
• Friendly and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong growth and continuous improvement mindset
• Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize tasks
• "Can do" attitude and commitment to excellence
• Effective communicator with honesty, empathy, and clarity
• Joining the NJ Bar is a plus, but not mandatory

🛠️ Additional Qualities and Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong self-organization skills
• Relevant skills and experience paired with excellent attitude, character, and integrity
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Monday, and Immigration Case Management Systems
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Passion for advancing immigrant rights
• Responsiveness and commitment to clients, legal team, and leadership
