The Role: Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) 🎯
The HDR position is the foundational entry point into our high-performing sales organization, designed to develop future Account Executives. This is not a static role but a supportive launchpad with a structured career pathway within Toast Sales Academy. High performers can progress from HDR to All-Bound Sales Development and ultimately to a full-cycle Account Executive (AE).

- Timeline: 12-18 months of training and development
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do 🤝
- Complete a minimum of 100 high-quality outreach activities daily via calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct qualification calls to assess prospect needs and fit for our all-in-one digital platform.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Executive team.
- Utilize various inbound and outbound outreach strategies to prepare for specialization and career development.

- Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, able to read, write, and speak proficiently.
