Position Overview: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will provide essential HR support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on employee engagement, administrative support, and coordinating HR activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive employee experience. This role reports to the HR Business Partner and serves as a key resource for our team members.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact: Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• HR inbox management: Respond promptly to inquiries, direct employees to resources, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Employee engagement: Plan and execute initiatives such as team-building activities, celebrations, and professional development events like Lunch & Learns.
• Onboarding support: Assist with new hire orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• System support: Provide Workday assistance—password resets, troubleshooting, and guidance on system functions.
• Training facilitation: Manage scheduling, organize materials, set up training spaces, and collect feedback for improvements.
• Benefits support: Collaborate with the HRBP to educate employees on benefits and support open enrollment processes.
• Administrative support: Assist with HR initiatives, process improvements, and team objectives.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Communication skills: Professional demeanor with effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Technical skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Annual base pay: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
