📝 What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations at our distribution center. This strategic, hands-on role includes:

• Partnering with distribution center leadership on employee engagement and development
• Managing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
• Coaching leaders and handling employee investigations
• Guiding policy updates and leading HR projects
• Experience with workers' compensation, FMLA, OSHA reporting, and a commitment to continuous learning is required

🎯 Requirements & Preferences

• 5+ years of HR experience with senior-level responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
