Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working with warehouse and plant floor employees, managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies, and supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations: Oversee all HR functions within our fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Partner with leadership: Support employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Manage staffing partnerships: Coordinate with temp agencies and oversee onboarding processes for temporary workers.
• Develop policies: Create and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a positive culture: Promote a healthy work environment with clear communication at all levels.
• Ensure compliance: Provide guidance on employment laws, safety protocols, and industry standards in manufacturing.
• Support Training: Facilitate ongoing training and development programs across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, especially in manufacturing environments.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Staffing Experience: Proven experience working with temporary workers and staffing agencies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with plant employees.
• Industry Knowledge: Food manufacturing experience is a significant advantage.

• On-site Role: Located at a high-volume, dynamic manufacturing facility.
