Job Overview – Bilingual HR Advisor – 33763

We’re seeking a proactive, service-oriented Bilingual HR Advisor to be the first point of contact for Associates and Managers with questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is essential in ensuring consistent policy interpretation and supporting a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Respond to inbound phone calls and case inquiries regarding HR policies, employee relations, and procedures.
• Explain disciplinary guidelines, performance management, and benefits policies with clarity and accuracy.
• Support Managers in handling complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
• Investigate and resolve concerns related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, and general HR matters.
• Research and respond to salary/wage treatment complaints.
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams on escalated or out-of-scope inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with Associates, acting as an intermediary to resolve unresolved issues.
• Translate investigative documentation from Spanish to English as needed.

Requirements 📋

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in HR generalist or advisory roles within mid-to-large sized organizations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
• Proficiency in SAP, case management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
