🚑 Hospital Liaison
Overview
The Hospital Liaison is an independent sales role responsible for managing hospital accounts as an account manager. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Sales and Admissions, this position focuses on increasing admissions and developing account partnerships that surpass targets, supporting a healthy census for the region served.
✨ Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must Possess / Practice the Following
🔹 Sales Skills
- Sells according to IMPACT Principles
- Excellent Product Knowledge
- Ability to differentiate Centers Health from competitors
🔹 Clinical Skills
- Ensure Accuracy of Clinical Assessment
- Qualify patients for admission based on offerings at each SNF/ALP location
- Possess knowledge of Clinical Capability
🔹 CRM/Salesforce
- Communicate the admission process via Salesforce system
- Log sales calls appropriately
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate Account information/contact details
🔹 Key Development Account
- Drive Market Share Development
- Promote Vertical Integration
- Utilize KAM tools in CRM
- Develop Account Programs
👓 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Some admission experience in an SNF setting (helpful)
- Required sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within strict time constraints
- Proactive approach to intake management with leadership qualities
- Solid skills in MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
