Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate tailored homecare plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to develop comprehensive care strategies aligned with their preferences and medical requirements.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese to ensure clear understanding and culturally sensitive support for diverse clients.
• Schedule and monitor caregivers assignments, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, care plans, and service updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by explaining services, answering questions, and setting expectations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in homecare coordination, social work, healthcare administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and empathy when working with diverse populations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs or circumstances.

Additional Details

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
