Hourly Rate: $19.50/hr

Start Date: April 20th

Schedule: Must be flexible Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts

Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday, 8am-12am EST

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Maintain high-quality standards for all client programs, following scripts and guidelines accurately
• Collect and accurately record information in program-specific databases
• Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills
• Engage with callers empathetically, assisting them in understanding medical terminology as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as required to maximize department utilization
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Requirements ✅

• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Inbound Call Center experience required
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to participate in meetings and calls without disruptions
• Proficiency with computer keyboard and mouse; technically savvy
• Professional, pleasant telephone demeanor
• Flexible scheduling for rotating shifts to meet business needs
