🔍 What You'll Need to Have

  • Educational & Experience Requirements: University degree with 1 year of related experience, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Shared Services/Call Center Experience: 3–5 years in a large national company's environment.
  • HRMS Software Skills: 1–3 years’ experience with SAP, HRMS, or similar HR software.
  • Human Resources Knowledge: 1–3 years’ experience covering Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Recruitment.
  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of federal, state, and local employment and healthcare laws.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver excellent service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written abilities.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent with computers and applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Bilingual Abilities: Fluency in English and Spanish.

Job Details

  • Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hourly
  • Hours Level: HL3 (34–40 hours/week)
  • Availability: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday
  • Work Model: Hybrid—3 days onsite at the GBO in White Marsh, MD, 2 days remote (Tues & Weds mandatory onsite)
  • Location: Candidate must be able to commute to White Marsh, MD (No relocation offered)
  • Pay Range: $21.92 – $30.97 per hour
  • Benefits: Eligible

Note: The successful candidate may be required to complete a background check as part of the employment process.

📝 What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Capture and maintain all relevant co-worker lifecycle data in appropriate systems to meet operational objectives.
  • Prepare HR documentation complying with legislation, SLAs, policies, and operational guidelines; update documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on HR activities to ensure accurate and timely personnel administration and P&C services.
  • Seek guidance from relevant stakeholders to align personal goals with team objectives.
  • Monitor service quality within your responsibility area and work with internal and external departments to address issues, in consultation with team leaders.
