Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

  • Deliver standard safety and service duties with outstanding professionalism
  • Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and provide passenger assistance
  • Support service recovery efforts whenever issues arise
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew

Daily Responsibilities

This position focuses on long-haul international flights, involving multi-day trips, extended layovers, and flexible scheduling including night shifts and weekends. The role demands 100% flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines.

Training & Onboarding

  • Require 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Attend a 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency assessment
  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary—preferred but not required
