Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤✈️

  • Perform standard safety and in-flight service duties
  • Act as a linguistic and cultural liaison by making announcements in Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and other travel procedures
  • Provide support and service recovery for any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew to ensure passenger satisfaction

Daily Responsibilities & Flexibility 🗓️

This position involves long-haul international flights, with extended trips, layovers, and varied schedules, including:

  • Night shifts and weekend operations
  • On-call international support (reserve duty)
  • Flexibility is key — readiness for 24/7 scheduling

Training & Onboarding 📚

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
  • Mandatory language proficiency testing in Japanese and English
  • Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
