Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🎤✈️
- Perform standard safety and in-flight service duties
- Act as a linguistic and cultural liaison by making announcements in Japanese and English
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other travel procedures
- Provide support and service recovery for any issues that may arise
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-lingual crew to ensure passenger satisfaction
Daily Responsibilities & Flexibility 🗓️
This position involves long-haul international flights, with extended trips, layovers, and varied schedules, including:
- Night shifts and weekend operations
- On-call international support (reserve duty)
- Flexibility is key — readiness for 24/7 scheduling
Training & Onboarding 📚
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Attend a 6.5-week paid training program in Houston
- Mandatory language proficiency testing in Japanese and English
- Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
