Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant 🧳

Beyond standard safety and service responsibilities, you will:

  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison between passengers and crew
  • Make public announcements in both Japanese and English
  • Assist passengers with customs forms and support service recovery when needed
  • Collaborate effectively with a multi-lingual team

Day-to-Day Expectations

This role involves:

  • Long-haul international flights ✈️🌍
  • Extended layovers & multi-day trips
  • Nuit shifts and weekend operations 🌙
  • Flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled shifts

Training & Onboarding 📚

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • 6.5-week paid training in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test
  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary — but preferred
