Your Role as a Bilingual Flight Attendant

• Conduct all safety and service functions efficiently and professionally.
• Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison.
• Make bilingual public announcements in Japanese and English.
• Assist passengers with customs forms and service recovery.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a multi-lingual crew.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This role involves long-haul international flights, with responsibilities including:

• Handling multi-day trips and extended layovers 🏝️
• Performing night departures and weekend operations 🌙
• Maintaining 100% flexibility for international on-call support and scheduled lines.

Training & Onboarding

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service required.
• Training: 6.5-week paid program in Houston, including a mandatory language proficiency test.
• Prior flight attendant experience is not required but preferred.

Career Development & Compensation
